Phases and support procedures
RD Sistemas understands the importance our clients attach to being safe and protected against any threat or vulnerability. Therefore, we take special care of these aspects through a complete Contingency Service involving different processes, phases and support methods:
Daily Processes
- Daily and secure reception of the CLIENT's database.
- FTP storage with key for data transfer.
- Storage of the last five copies of the database.
- Validation of the Database on a monthly basis: database start-up and standard tests set. Moreover, a daily validation will be carried out for the first two weeks.
Contingency Activation
(Activation period 24 hours from the notification of the contingency)
- Technical support necessary so that the client can work in the fastest, safest and most efficient way possible.
- Support for contingencies in the production infrastructure.
- Support for contingencies in the use of applications.
- Full support service with immediate response and activation of backup servers upon incidents affecting the main servers.
- Integrated service connectivity and applications.
- Dedicated and secure access.
- Infrastructure and technological needs (Software and Hardware License) with the option of office functionalities (Office).
