Cancellation of Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting

The Board of Directors of RD SISTEMAS SA has agreed to cancel the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting convened at the offices of RD Sistemas SA located in the city of Leganés (Madrid), calle Margarita Salas 34 , Parque Científico Leganés Tecnológico 28918 Leganés, Madrid, on June 13, 2014 at 16:00 hours on first call or, where appropriate, on second call in the same place and at the same time on June 14, 2014, the notice of which was published on the company’s website www.rdsistemas.com, and submitted by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to all shareholders at their registered address.
